Mid-Iowa Community Action, Inc. (MICA), is a private, non-profit organization
serving children and families in central Iowa. Its roots stretching from the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, the
MICA of today is the product of over thirty years of innovation and creative response to the ever-evolving needs of
families.
